menu

I was discussing the menu with Shan and Praveen, and after a long and tedious board meeting, we are glad to announce that it would be a sit down Western-styled dinner with the following items:
A choice of Lobster Bisque or Cream of Escargot flavoured with Saffron for the soup;
Oven Baked Large Scallops with Black Truffle and Smoked Norwegian Salmon Salad with Asparagus and Dill Mustard Dressing for the appetisers;
Capellini with Baby Octopus and Mussels in Basil Pesto for the pasta dish;
Choice of Pan-seared Tuna with Baby Potatoes or Grilled King Prawns for the mains;
And finally, with a sweet and happy ending of a Dessert Platter containing Tiramisu, Italian Gelato, Hazelnut Praline and Strawberry Mascarpone Trifle.
